I started my day with a glass of water. This is the first positive change I made today. It helped me detox my body. Breakfast was steaming hot, fluffy Idlis with chutney & a cup of warm milk. I really enjoyed it a lot. Dietitian madam has advised to consume freshly prepared homemade dishes like poha / upma / chilas / idli- dosas / parathas / eggs etc. in the breakfast. If I consume such a breakfast daily, it will keep me alert throughout the day & will improve my concentration in the studies.
