- I had the problem of PCOD which made it difficult for me to loose weight. I tried all means of reducing weight but nothing worked out in my favour.When I consulted Priyanka, she properly explained to me that being healthy or fit is a combination of both exercise and proper food( which I ignored previously). First of all I would like to thank you for the transformation I see in myself after 2 months of diet prescribed by you which I followed religiously. Fantastic drop of 5 kgs in 2 months without any energy loss .
I feel much light and fresh and am able to carry out daily household chores with equal stamina even after weight loss . Rather I feel gain in muscle power which has eliminated remaining minor health issues.
One thing more to highlight is the way you fulfilled my mind with variety of food. It never made me crave for anything. A year back I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and PCOD. In that moment these things came as a shock because I never heard of a 22 year old girl already battling thyroid problems. 360° Nutrition – as the name is a total health-nutritional package for any individual. I had a fabulous experience with 360° Nutrition and enjoyed the journey of my weight loss.
In past one year I had gained lot of weight, and even tried the crash diet courses available through Google, but to my expectation and experience the crash diet gave me short term results with lot of body stress and I felt weak and dizzy in doing those. I followed diet course of Priyanka after seeing that my sister in law reduced 12 kgs in the span of 6 months under Priyanka’s guidance. Since last 12 years being in Indonesia,I am regularly doing exercise to keep myself healthy and for maintaining weight n figure. As I crossed 40, I started gradually putting on weight 2 ½ to 3 kgs every year. It may be bcoz of peri menopause or hormonal changes.
